My family have bought me many pieces of Bristol Blue over the years. In the case of the 2 Aurora items that my husband ordered for my birthday on delivery the order was incorrect. My husband was away on a ship at sea he emailed Bristol Blue and instantly they emailed him back with all I can say was a more than fair resolution. Looking forward to getting more Bristol Blue hoping to collect all the Aurora pieces.
